Jacqueline & Edward are an ethical jewellery brand known for crafting bespoke engagement rings, wedding bands and fine jewellery using responsibly sourced, eco-friendly materials. With a deep commitment to sustainability, they specialise in using recycled precious metals and lab-grown and recycled gemstones. Their pieces are handmade with care, often incorporating meaningful elements, making jewellery that’s both personal and planet-conscious.   

 

The Objectives

The primary goal of the client’s campaign was to increase brand awareness and engagement across their key social media platforms. They needed visually striking, on-brand content that could capture attention quickly and drive interaction.

The Challenge

J&E faced a challenge: limited in-house design resources and a stagnant meta campaign. They needed high-quality visuals quickly, but didn’t have the capacity in-house and were conscious of avoiding a lengthy design process, which would delay the campaign launch.

Our Process

We took the initiative to design a tailored set of creatives that aligned with their brand guidelines and campaign goals. By proactively offering these high-quality assets, we helped streamline and elevate the campaign’s visual impact. 

Results

Quarter on quarter the CTR went up by 50.5%. The 3 new ads in this campaign had an average CTR of 1% which is an improvement on the average CTR on the previous ads of 0.60%.

Some of the top ROAS driving ads came from our newer creative, with the ad overlayed with the key USPs driving a very high ROAS of 92.48.

The updated retargeting ads saw an uplift in performance with purchases increasing by 150% highlighting the importance of regular creative refreshes.

The new creative assets helped the client extend their reach and drive higher engagement, without delaying the campaign’s launch date.

It also gave them the flexibility to test different formats and messaging, increasing the overall impact of the campaign. The client appreciated not just the extra assets but also the strategic thinking behind them.
