Your Account Manager will get to know your brand, challenges and aspirations whilst ensuring we deliver in line with our plan. They will manage the agreed actions to deadlines and hold all parties to account.

Centralised Account Management – having one point of contact keeps things straightforward and efficient for all. Your Account Manager will distil the key messages and insights from your data and ensure that you are up to speed on channel performance and next steps.

No hidden experts

Your Account Manager is the internal client, translating your ambitions and campaign ideas to Infinity Nation’s delivery team to ensure all the relevant information is passed on, in the right way, to maximise outcomes. 

Your Account Manager will be your main point of contact, but if you need to speak to a specialist, we won’t hide them from you. Our delivery team are regulars on monthly client calls, ensuring that any questions are reviewed and covered in your call-time – so that you can get on with your day-to-day role and rest assured that your digital strategy is in safe hands.

Strategy Support

For those needing a more proactive and hands on approach, we offer strategy support on top of our Account Management service.

Our data driven consultants will guide you through the ever-changing digital landscape. We act as your Sat Nav – assessing market behaviours and (if necessary) coming up with a plan B, or C to test and evolve. Working as an extension to your team, we push your digital strategy forward, drilling down into your data and acting as your eyes and ears in the industry.
