We were approached by Turtle Mat to consult and provide guidance with their website performance and struggling campaigns. They needed our support to rectify the problems they were having on their website, and to help them grow and improve paid search campaigns. 

What was the the objective?

1. To increase online sales and improve Google Ads campaigns.

2. Incease revenue year on year across paid media. 

3. Optimise keywords and help build brand awareness and

authority within the industry.

What was the challenge?

Turtle Mat’s CPA for Paid Search (PPC) was not sustainable; sales volume was adequate but they wanted to improve the ROI across their campaigns Email was being used, but not in a structured way. Using our bespoke paid-search insight tool, we were able to identify that email was cannibalising a large amount of PPC traffic. Using this information we optimised the non-brand PPC campaigns for assisted-conversions instead of last click, which reduced the CPC of those campaigns. In addition, PPC ads are now coordinated with offline marketing (brochure drops and leaflet inserts in major magazines and newspapers), reinforcing the brand message and driving sales.
