Cotswold Fox

Started in 2021 by Founder Jemima Gray, Cotswold Fox is clothing brand built from a University project. Since then the brand has seen substantial growth, selling both online and in various stores across the UK.

The Objective

The objective was to drive sustainable business growth by ensuring that all high-potential products received attention, ensuring sustainable growth across the full product range, giving the brand confidence that investment was driving long-term results, not just short-term wins.

The Challenge

Cotswold Fox came to us with a lack of clarity in their paid media performance, with the majority of their investment being prioritised for driving traffic, but without a clear link to meaningful outcomes. This left the team questioning whether their budget was truly working hard enough and whether the right customers were being reached.

The real challenge wasn’t just low visibility, it was uncertainty. Without clarity on which products and campaigns were driving profitable growth, the brand risked being lost in the noise, investing in activity without confidence in the return. What they needed was guidance to cut through that complexity, ensure their spend was efficient, and create momentum towards sustainable growth.

Our Process

We restructured campaigns, making extensive feed changes. By isolating best sellers, we created space to scale popular items confidently during peak moments, while also setting up a system to spotlight new and trending products as they emerged.

This balance allowed the account to stay agile, supporting consistent performers while quickly adapting to shifting customer demand. At the same time, we expanded reach with campaigns designed to capture more customer insights. This gave us a clearer picture of buying intent and helped uncover new opportunities for growth.

Beyond product performance, we also invested in building the brand’s presence. With awareness and search interest on the rise, we ensured this momentum was supported by campaigns that capture demand efficiently, while continuing to feed the top of the funnel with both Google and Meta activity. This holistic approach meant we weren’t just driving immediate sales, but also setting the brand up for long-term visibility and recognition.

Results

Within weeks, we delivered clarity and momentum: ROAS nearly doubled compared to June, reaching 5.1 in September. By refining our approach, we increased ROAS by 38% in the following quarter.

For Cotswold Fox, this wasn’t just about a few percentage points of ROAS uplift. It was about building confidence that their budget was being invested in the right areas, unlocking sustainable growth across more of their range, and giving them clarity on the path ahead.
