Turtle Mat

Turtle Mat holds an exciting and wonderful position in the market for being the ultimate mat in protecting floors against dirt, dust and moisture. This superb product is not only the best friend to anyone who had a four-legged companion but with a plethora of designs to choose from; they are a stylish choice too. A superb British brand that Infinity Nation are extremely proud to work with.

What was the objective?

1. Turtle Mat already see strong performance in their paid search activity across Google and Microsoft which we have been managing on their behalf for more than three years.

2. With such great success already generated across these platforms we tested branching out into managing paid social for them, with targeted campaigns running across Facebook and Instagram, to prove that this platform could be efficient and profitable for them and assist with their overall performance.

3. The Objective was to reach new users in a space where their audience were spending time but previously the client had minimal visibility and generate sales at an efficient CPA.

What was the challenge?

Challenge was in generating a large volume of sales at an efficient CPA in a short time frame of only 8 weeks.

Our Process

Our strategy involved reaching their higher value customers by identifying high value users and creating lookalikes based on these source audiences. This was facilitated by using their organic social audience to influence targeting and the ad creatives to ensure we were reaching users who were engaged with the brand with the most popular products.

In addition, we used data from paid search campaigns to influence ad messaging and interest targeting. We also implemented a full funnel approach with prospecting campaigns to increase awareness, generate new customer acquisition, increase search volumes across paid search and build the retargeting pools. Last but certainly not least a retargeting campaign was developed to reach users who engaged with the website but did not purchase as well as those users who added to basket.

Our Results within 8 weeks (1st April – 31st May) 

    1. 494 conversions
