Launching in 2015 at a time when the industry was still largely bricks and mortar focused, Furniturebox jumped on a gap in the market and started selling furniture online. Their ambition was to sell beautiful, quality and affordable products online, backed up with exceptional customer service.

With a USP of free next day delivery for most purchases and short lead times for sofas and beds, Furniturebox are going from strength to strength with the sales volume to back it up.

What was the objective?

1. Analyse Furniturebox’s sales data, provide core insights and big picture trends of customer base

2. Create bespoke audiences to build lookalikes ahead of campaign launches

3. Re-engage with lapsed customer base to build repeat purchase rate

What was the challenge?

Infinity Nation were tasked with generating a robust testing schedule of ideas using Furniturebox’s 1st party audience data.

Our Process

Utilising their integration with sister agency Sweet Analytics, Infinity Nation were able to build audiences based on specific customer purchases, as well as product interaction and on-site behaviours.

These bespoke audiences were pushed to 3rd party marketing platforms and used to build lookalike audiences to further boost the positive ROI of marketing channels

In addition to finding more of an extremely valuable customer base, Infinity Nation were able to identify a group of lapsed customers, and working with Furniturebox to provide bespoke discount code, provide an incentive for customers to revisit the site driving repeat purchase.
