With over 15 years experience in business marketing, the past 10 years of this primarily on multi-channel digital acquisition with a technical focus. James has extensive knowledge and experience in developing digital marketing strategies for agency and client side businesses spanning a wide range of sectors, with an advanced level knowledge of SEO. With his multi-level knowledge James has successfully conducted over 100 website migrations from all viewpoints; client side, developer and digital agency, so he understands first hand the processes required to achieve a successful website migration at all levels.

Ti Osnat, Head of Pre-Sales, Brightpearl

Ti Osnat is Head of Pre-sales at Brightpearl, and is responsible for helping businesses assess and implement software to ensure they met their business objectives and growth demands. Ti started his career working for a family retail and wholesale business before moving to Tesco PLC as a line manager. From there he developed a passion for retail technology and has worked for 6 years in SaaS organizations. He brings with him a wealth of experience and enjoys sharing this with clients to help them find greater efficiency and profitability. He’s worked with a range of high-end retailers including Debenhams, ASOS and New Look as well as smaller and independent retailers.
