Digital due diligence from Infinity Nation helps support BGF’s investment in Seasalt
Infinity Nation, has worked alongside BGF, providing them with digital due diligence expertise, as part of theirs and Santander's £16m investment in Cornish clothing and lifestyle brand, Seasalt.
The investment comes after Seasalt opened their 50th store in March of this year, employing just shy of 1,000 people; a figure they are looking to grow steadily over the next 5 years. The joint investment from BGF and Santander Corporate & Commercial will help Seasalt achieve their long-term goals; to drive new career opportunities, run training, mentoring and seminars and continue to improve and build upon their offline and online customer experience.
Infinity Nation identified opportunities for growth and sense checked all online activities as part of its digital due diligence process.

The deal was led for BGF by Ned Dorbin and Dan Tapson, and Peter Abel leading for Santander.
