James has worked in business marketing for over 15 years working with a wide range of public and private sector clients throughout the UK and overseas.
For the past 10 years James has been focused on developing digital marketing and growth strategies for retail businesses within the agency working on SEO strategies for ecommerce brands; Sofa.com, Home Leisure Direct, TruffleShuffle, Hamper.com and Lombok to name a few.

Before his transition to agency he has had a varied career working client side in the marketing department with multi-national companies such as Pioneer Electronics, Hewlett Packard and was also Head of Marketing at an international property development company. As a business consultant James has also worked as a digital marketing strategist for a number of key UK retail brands, ecommerce start-ups and developed multi-channel acquisition strategies for higher/further education facilities.

James has extensive knowledge and experience in all digital and marketing channels, although SEO is his passion, enabling him to reshape the SEO value proposition at Infinity Nation – focusing on creating a team to be able to deliver innovative SEO strategies to achieve a gold standard multi award-winning SEO service.

As Director of Strategy at Infinity Nation, James brings a highly analytical technical background with a marketing view point that aligns digital strategy with offline channels to be able to provide campaigns synergised with a brands goal, creating strategies structured as a marginal gains approach to grow their online business, while ensuring a full understanding of their business problems to develop data led solutions to provide a positive ROI for their investment.
